Breast Reduction covered by insurance?

I have been suffering with major shoulder and upper back pain, have grooves in my shoulders due to my bra straps and have even developed minor scoliosis due to my breast size, as well as the emotional tole it has done. It is so discouraging trying to find clothing and it sends me into a deeper depression than i'm already in. I have been wearing a DDD bra since I was 13, I'm 16 now. I have already been accustomed to the social aspect as well, people making fun of you and guys not staring at your face but your chest and making stupid remarks. I do hope that a breast reduction would help but I have no money to pay for it. Do you believe I would be a case that insurance companies would pay to have it done for me or no? Serious answers only please. Thank you.
