Did Jesus defecate? Feces contains living cells so not only was Jesus divine but his poop would have been too?

Did he bury it or was it it carried away on a golden bier and laid to rest in a tomb only to rise again three days later. Should we not, each day, give homage to the Holy Crap that was flushed for our sins?
