Are Gyno's confidential with 14 year olds?

I am 14 and my boyfriend and I just had sex for the first time on father's day and again yesterday. After father's day I noticed some swelling and we went pretty rough last night without a lubricant and I'm sore and swollen today, I told my mom I wasn't having sex because I knew she would kick me out and I told her I thought maybe I hurt it masturbating or possibly inserting a tampon, she then proceeded to tell me that if the Gyno found out that I'd had sexual intercourse she would be told and I would be forbidden to see my boyfriend again and I would also go live with my father. I was wanting to know, I like in the state of SC but my Gyno is in NC, I'm 14 and a minor. Would the Gyno tell my mother I was having sexual intercourse or would she just tell her I'm inflamed? Because if I think she's going to tell my mom I'm going to play it off like I haven't had sex. Please help me.
