Phillies Ben Francisco trade?

Big ben is one of my favorite Phillies but he really just doesn't fit in Philadelphia. John Mayberry Jr proved himself to be very valuable and the only reason he's in triple a is because of Francisco. Ben could do great if given a good shot in a different city but he'll hardly play in Philadelphia which means he'll never get in a groove. He's making decent money, why not see what we can get for him? You thoughts?
