Is elzhi the guy every REAL hip hop fan has been waiting for?

to be honest I never heard of the guy but I seen that he recetnly dropped Elmatic, a mixtape paying homage to Nas's classic album and in my opinion the greatest album ever Illmatic. So many rappers have been backed by the true hip hop fans but they eventually go mainstream.Is a elzhi a modern day great in the game?
