Grooves on invisalign teen?

Im getting fitted for my invisalign teen in two weeks, and they said they put some type of grooves or glue on your teeth to make them click in. Does anybody know if the grooves are really noticable? What teeth do they put them on? When your finished with the invisalign process do they take the grooves off?
