My car has a deep scrape on the bumper, is there any type of material I can use to fill in the scratch?

A truck backed into my bumper and now there is a scratch/groove. It actually looks like some guy with a big finger scraped a small piece of my bumper off. Anyways, I was wondering if they sold some type of material specifically used to repair this type of damage so I can fix it and repaint the area.
