Would I be able to have my ear re-pierced after this...?

Yeah you can, I've re-pierced my cartilage 3 times and it's just fine. However, I decided to take it out and I have a super tiny, non noticeable bump on my ear, but that's because I didn't use a hallow needle (which is recommended for cartilage).
