Where in raleigh, NC, is the best place to get your ears pierced?

I know of Claires, but is there anywhere else? And what do you know about claires, i want a double lobe piercing, but im not sure where to go? I have my first one, i got it at claire's when i was 4. im 13 now.? Thanks.
