Please help..I'm 18 and I'm moving to Wilmington, NC WITHOUT my parents support. Will I be okay?

I have 2 reliable roomates, no car so no insurance or anything needs to be paid. my rent is 305/month plus utilities. i have a job as a cocktail waitress and as a regular waitress. Is it doable?
