Jehovahs Witnesses: Do you avoid groundhog day, or do you pay homage to the psychic rodent?

why was jesus allowed to hang out with sinners, party, drink, enjoy life but yet as his followers in this Organization you cannot do these things without serious repercussions and being looked down on as a bad influence and marked by others. i don't understand how come those today have to be better behaved and more perfect than a perfect man, the son of God....how does this make sense?
