I've been playing since i was really little and i love it. I hurt my ankle this winter and since my team in all year around i missed half of the winter season and like 2 tournaments this spring. I want to get back into my groove and get a lot better then i was before i hurt my ankle this summer. I know that the two main things i need to do are improve me ball control and first touch. Do you have any suggestions of soccer drills that will help me improve on basically anything including the two things i mentioned that i can do by myself?
