Does blue devil head gasket sealant really work for blown head gasket?

I live in NC I have a 97 ford contour with 153,000 miles, my head gasket just blew, white smoke appeared. I went on youtube and seen the blue devil head gasket sealant and there was alot of positive comments but I'm not too sure about it. If you used this please let me know how it worked.
