Do all prefinished hardwood floors have rounded edges?

I was at a neighbor's house where they installed prefinished hardwood. There was a slight groove between boards (long way) caused by the top surface being slightly rounded into the side. Not a big deal, but in certain light, the rounding makes the floor boards look cupped. Would like to have pre-finsihed installed to avoid the mess of finished in place floor.
