Can I go to University?

I want to work with animals and so far I have passed my NC (National Certificate) Animal Care course and my HNC (Higher National Certificate) Animal Care course and I was wondering would I be able to go to University with an HNC? Hopefully the Uni course I would be doing would be animal related, so I would also be doing lots of animal work experience.
